About Our Founders
Our founder, Harry P. Bean began his career in the pest control industry in 1952, serving the people of Hillsborough county with honesty, integrity, and unmatched service. In 1972, he took his vast knowledge and passion for service and opened his own business, Able Pest Control, Inc. Offering quality work at realistic prices with fast and friendly service, Mr. Bean grew his company with integrity and service and treated each and every customer as if they were his own family.
As the company grew, Mr. Bean groomed his daughter and son-in-law to take over the business upon his own retirement. Since that time in 1987, he has been quite proud of the way they have continued to grow the business with their own personalized service, and they have pledged to continue the integrity of their father’s name! It is with this same family pride and determination that they have managed to triple the company’s size and increase its service area to include the entire Tampa Bay area in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Hernando counties.
